We will schedule to have a dedicated Software Consultant meet with you to go over
your needs and ideas for your software. We will help you determine the best direction
for your project. All requirements are analyzed and clarification is done to determine
the best way to complete your software goals.
Here are the next steps:
- Gather client specifications/determine needs
- Perform analysis of what needs to be done (to determine overall project cost and
feasibility) based off the specifications
- Create a proposal for the work to be done and a prototype (if the project is possible)
- Project acceptance (contract signed)
- Determine project start/stop times
- Begin development
- Revisit specifications to determine if any change of scope has occurred. If change
of scope has occurred, specifications will need an addendum, proposal and contract
- Test development
- Client review process
- Project acceptance/approval
- Program Maintenance
Programming and Review – Each developmental phase, while customizing your
software, goes through approval from your company to ensure it meets and exceeds
your quality standards. We publish completed pieces of your project to a secure
location only you can access. This allows you to provide valuable feedback as you
watch your software solution come to life in real-time.
Initial Product Release - Once all programming and review is completed, product
release is implemented. But just because the product is done does not mean we are.
We continue the process with support and modifications of your custom software,
when you need it.
