Employee Services provides employees and their supervisors’ with electronic access and paperless processing of time off forms, position requests, time clocks and raises.

Human Resource Management provides the most comprehensive program incorporating Safety, Training, Education, Benefits, Leave and Employee Management.

Time Collection gathers and disseminates employee hours while incorporating company leave, holidays and approved time off. All data can be pushed to a third-party accounting system without traditional manual data entry, saving thousands of dollars in costly mistakes.

January 18, 2010 - SHARCC New Version Release

A new version of SHARCC® has hit the streets. Available this quarter SHARCC® Major Release (v2.2), customers can now process payroll (full runs only with this release) with selected preprinted checks! Check writing also includes single Accounts Payable (AP) invoice payments, as well as any type of AP invoice currently input in SHARCC®. SHARCC® Web’s unique security has been implemented! Now with SHARCC® Administration you can set up custom user security throughout SHARCC® Web and Remote Time & Attendance. An employer can set specific rights to areas within an application or module.

This relieves the worry of employee’s accessing, changing or deleting something that they shouldn’t. Based on customer feedback, the design team retooled several areas of SHARCC® with this type of security in mind. Time & Attendance now features Remote Biometrics as an add-on feature. In some situations a new or existing employee may need to enroll their biometrics remotely, since coming all the way back to the office would waste too much time. Time & Attendance now enables the on-site Supervisor to enroll new or existing employees remotely.
